Home stagers aren't responsible for a house selling
Many home stagers, both aspiring and established, share the same fear - that a home they've staged won't sell and they will be held liable somehow.
It's important to remember that it won't be you, the home stager, who the seller will be upset with when their home isn’t selling - it will be the real estate agent.
You’re decorating the house to sell, but as a stager there are many factors you're not in control of. The home stager packages a product for the real estate agent to sell, but after that, it’s up to them.
